Right now, I personally think Stephenie is getting over-confident. Who's to say Twilight is even going to be a success.

Perhaps. But there is a part of Breaking Dawn where I can see why she'd want to split it but if it were up to me, I wouldn't have these two parts split up. I'd have them intertwined and switching from character to character instead of focusing on Bella the first half and then switching to, umm, another character for the second half.

Anyway, back on topic. I don't really think there will be a Breaking Dawn movie. Now, I never read Eragon but from what people have said, it was a huge failure and they aren't making the sequel (or I don't think they are). So, I think Twilight will just be a huge disaster...

Yup, the movie producers better do a good job or they will probably be egged by the fandom. I'm hoping it will be like Harry Potter but I doubt it will be..

Why so negative Evey? Is there some secret about the goings on of filming that makes you think its going to suck? Or is it just the Robert Pattinson blues?

Well, just from what I've seen in the trailers or some scenes that they let us watch... I just find it awkward and cheesy. I really hope I'm wrong though and it will actually be amazing.

There never could be a sequel to Eragon. They changed so many things from the book that it would actually be impossible to make the wesuel because they cut all the important things out of the first one. Also, the film sucked in general.

I agree with Ben on Eragon (those fuckers, ruined a fucking good fucking book).

However, I agree that, should Twilight pick up, to truly fit everything in, BD would have to be two movies.

But true as this may be, there is only so much money that can be put into one series of movies, so it's unlikely that any of the books with be split, even if they do finish the series.

For some reason, I'm getting a bad gut feeling that two movies will be the max they get to. I hope I'm wrong. :/

I agree with Evey about the cheese factor, I'm praying that it doesn't come off that way on screen. I REALLY want to like this movie :/
